Can't make any recommendation until we know what color it is

Looks reasonable, with a lot of mods. A new clutch is a big spend item.

The tires aren't high performance types - I put them on my R56!

Have a look at the marketplace for comparable cars.

What is the current owners reason for selling?

cheers

Lots of nice aftermarket additions but I would expect at that price for the outside to be at least 9/10. At 97k you're at the supercharger service recommended miles. I would also be curious why he has 380cc injectors and a CAI but never installed the reduced supercharger pulley since that one item would provide the largest HP boost. It could be that the owner was waiting to service the S/C (not simple) to install the pulley. Be aware that installing the reduced pulley will require a tune (additional cost) for optimal performance. Touch base with member "adriancl" on this forum for remote tuning, advice and pricing. A final note: If you're unable to work on this Mini yourself, the service and repair costs will be punitive.
