Best Dealer Service in NY Area for Manual Transmission

My 2022 Cooper S Hardtop is still under warranty. I purchased it as a CPO with 3000 miles. There has been a growl coming from the transmission (especially noticeable when shifting from 1st to 2nd) that I have described elsewhere. My dealership, Mini of Freeport replaced the throw-out bearing but the sound persists. I am not at all satisfied that they can properly diagnose this problem. I honestly believe that their techs are no longer as familiar with manuals as they should be. Any suggestions of where I might bring it next? Also, I occasionally get a loud "clunk" when shifting into reverse after the car has been sitting all night.

Thanks,

Joseph
