Selling 2005 to buy 2012

I m on the fence about selling my R53 2005 Mini Cooper S to buy a 2012 Mini Cooper S. What are the pros and cons? Both are 6 speeds.

2005 Mini Cooper S with 151K miles

2012 Mini Cooper S with 95K miles

Without knowing anything else about the cars, the biggest difference would Turbo vs Supercharger, and Age.
