I remember the WC50, this looks along the same lines. I like the old Cooper logos.

I have one on reserve, and still waiting as well.

I heard mine got to the port but there was an issue with a missing component which is expected to delay by another week.

My dealer said they expect it to arrive this month.

I'm so excited for this car haha

I was super lucky to have snagged the very last manual version on Jan 13. Still waiting for production number so I don’t expect to see it before April.

How are the lowering springs working with the DDC suspension?

Can you post a photo of the car as it was delivered to your dealer?

if you want a manual gearbox one sooner, my local MINI dealership is getting a manual one in a week to 10 days in Kansas City. And they’d work with you to ship it to your state.

Thanks for that information. Did you have to pay a premium over MSRP?

No. Baron MINI doesn't do market adjustments or premiums over MSRP. I've had several subscribers of my YouTube channel buy MINI's through them because, even with fees and shipping cost, it was more affordable and they got exactly what they wanted.

This is one of the few dealerships where the sales manager tailors inventory vehicles to be as unique as possible and is works with customers to get them the exact MINI they want. They even do custom vinyl here. We have the famous Todd Pearson of White Roof Radio and MotoringStripes.com who does the vinyl work. He did the custom vinyl on my car as well.

MSRP less any applicable incentives. I have USAA insurance so I got a USAA discount.

I actually changed the stripes completely on the bonnet. The 74’s are doing good on the doors. I have my channel logo overlapping a bit and I had the car ceramic coated bud we left the vinyl 74’s alone. I’ll be monitoring them.

Are you waxing over the numbers? I’m still waiting for mine and trying to decide what to do about the stripes and numbers. I wonder if removing them all would have an effect on the car’s resale value, being a limited edition.

truth be told, as far as resale value goes, it’s a JCW hardtop. You remove all the stickers that’s what it is. The color makes it unique though.

I don’t wax over the numbers as we figured out it would ruin the matte finish.

Thanks. I agree but it’s still a pain to have to polish/wax around the numbers. I can see keeping the stripes since they’re easily replaced when they’re damaged or faded, but the numbers are a different story. Maybe buy a spare set of numbers.

or have a different set of number 74’s overlaid on top.
