Removing front seats
I have an 06 R53. Are there videos or anything about how to properly remove and put back in the front seats?

It’s pretty straightforward. Disconnect the battery. Unplug the harnesses under the fronts of the seats and unclip them. Unbolt the four bolts holding each seat to the car, and remove the seats.
