I'm super close to ordering a 2022 Cooper SE to replace the Focus ST I currently use as a 3rd car for my family. I have a 7 year old son and am trying to figure out how he would adjust to getting in/out of the rear seat. He'll be in a booster for a couple more years then will be big enough to not need anything. Does anyone have some experiences/advice on this topic? I searched and it seems like most of the discussion is around fitting car seats for smaller children/infants but I didn't see any discussion on older kids.
