04 R50 Timming cover question

Going to change my timming chain on my R50 this weekend. The question i have is. Will I need to unbolt water pump to be able to remove cover. Im thinking the edge of the cover is behind water pump pulley

Yes, you’ll need to take the timing cover off. The chain goes around the crankshaft. Good time to replace the gaskets. There is a timing cover gasket, front crank seal and two for the oil pump behind the cover.

I know that. I just wondering if the waterpump pulley will be in the way to remove cover.
