What is not compatible between a manual and automatic r53? Specifically is the airbox and intake duct the same and alsoalso intercooler plastic cover part? Anything else I should know?

I just bought my first r53 and whoever had it before me either didn't take good care of it or just didn't care and broke a lot of the platics. I have access to a parts car but mine is manual and the parts car is automatic. Just want to be sure they are interchangeable.
