I need your help please ready to buy tomorrow the choices are this:

New Michelin Super Sport Tires
New brakes all OEM (pads and rotors)
Brake system flush
Full tune up (Plugs, wires, air filter)
Adjustable lower control arms (fixed rear camber issue)
4 wheel alignment

Just fully serviced by a Mini dealer
-All 3 engine and trans torque mounts have been replaced with OEM BMW/mini mounts
-Added Powerflex bushing to torque arm for more precise clutch engagement and throttle input
-All oil, coolant, hydraulic fluids flushed and refreshed
-Air and cabin filter replaced
-Alignment
-New Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires and EBC red stuff pads and Stoptech rotors

Tough call. On one hand, finding an R53 fJCW (factory-installed JCW components) will get harder & harder, so a nice example is getting to be rare. On the other, the R56 JCW will be faster, perform better overall, and is a bit more refined.
Have you driven both? Which tugs at your heart strings or makes you tingle more; which gets your heart pumping when you get behind the wheel? Pick that one, and spend a bit of money for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection). If that checks out, open your wallet. If not, either negotiate based on the issues found or go for the other car.
