I just wanna say the Mini community is amazing so far. My wife had an 05 vert(base auto) and with my convincing now has an 09 R57( she loves speed so I knew she’d love it). I’ve done quite a bit of work on it with the help of this forum while I was a stalker and YouTube vids, mostly Bimmerdude.
Its so cool to have an issue an have someone(Dave.O) say call me and we will talk it thru and also chat about what’s good and bad. It’s so nice to talk to an owner with experience on a vehicle I’m unfamiliar with.
I look forward to all your answers and opinions in the future as I get my R53 to the way I want it. Rims, tires, exhaust, and stereo are already ordered. This might not be AS fun to drive as my Vette(sorry) but it’s way more fun and cheaper to mod!
