Who are the NAM Vendors?

I have been kicking around preparing a thread on each of the 25 Vendors here on NAM. I have started sending out feelers to them on what they think about the idea. There are a couple that have been helping around here for 15 years, Detroit Tuned and OutMotoring. I would like to ask some similar questions, get their answers and post here along with some pictures of their operations. Nick at Detroit Tuned not only sells MINI parts but also has a full service shop similar to Way at Way Motors. The insight of Nick and Way on MINI issues is 2nd to none and a very valuable service that viewers of NAM receive. OutMotoring has over 16,000 parts in their system so if you are looking for an OEM or an aftermarket item, chances are very very good that Aaron (the owner) and his group have it on their shelves.

So, for some basic questions how are:

1.) How long have you been in business?
2.) How many people do you employ?
3.) If you sell parts, how big in square feet is your warehouse?
4.) If you service cars, how many bays in your facility?
5.) If you sell parts for other vehicles, what automakers are they?
6.) Do you have a MINI, if so, what type?
7.) What led you to open your business?
8.) What do you see as the most challenging part of doing business today?

9) what geographical area do you consider your core customer group to be located?
10) what challenges have you seen as a business owner of the last few years?
11) how has the evolution of the MINI brand affected your business
12) what do you see as trends in the MINI aftermarket community over the next few years?
13) if you could say one thing/statement/paragraph to potential customers what would you say?
14) Why is NAM important to your business?

All very good, thanks.

Of course this means that you will most likely have a head start on preparing answers . . . . . . . . . .
