Problem with facelift xenon lights.

Hi guys.
I have been having some problems with my facelift xenon lights as the old bulbs I had had faded and are no longer as bluish
I decided to buy OEM 4300k lights and they looked a bit yellow.
Then after that I bought 5500k lights and I seam no to see any difference.
Could there be something wrong with my lights. They used to be so cool

Also is it possible to buy new glass for the lights as the old ones are scratched and I am trying to bring the car up to date.

Both Gen1 and Gen2 had facelifts, which are you?

Pretty sure the lights are a sealed unit, one piece.

They are all bonded and will need baked or heated to separate. What model do you have?

Yes, those are bonded and no replacement lenses. Only thing you could do is take these headlights, bake them and betalink and bake the new lens on.

These are aftermarket halogen projectors but mimic the xenon version :

So the aftermarket ones are not xenon?
I could not just get the aftermarket ones and stick with the xenon?

No, they are an upgrade for halogen people to go to halogen projectors or to convert to Xenon, led, or whatever they want. Factory xenon people will lose the washer jest but gain new headlight and then convert back to xenon or LED.

They are the helix/ depo ones.

Go back to xenon with an aftermarket retrofit kit in that link.

You lose the washers but some people dont like them anyway.
