"Pop/Burble" ECU update on Pre-Facelift MCS?

Hey guys, 2003 MCS here. I know this is a long shot, but is there any way to get the pop/burble ECU tune that was added in the 2005 facelift?

Is that pop/burble map accessible in pre-facelift cars? Is this something that BMW coding software such as INPA could access?

I know it's a long shot, just curious!

Should be on it, the pop and purple ECU update was on the 2007-2010 vs 2011+ MINIs

I dont remember one for the Gen 1 MINIs

Okay. I thought that post-facelift R53's popped and burbled. I know it's a moot point, just curious if it was feasible just by swapping ECU's or unlocking something with INPA.

What about transmission improvements? Can a 05-06 LSD (or any LSD compatible with 05-06, at that) into 02-04 Getrag 6 speed? Is there any difference in the transmission design between the years? I know that gear ratios changed, but what about the diff?
