Hi There -

I recently updated my email address and when I clicked the activation link I got this error:

This user's primary usergroup is also listed as a secondary group for this user. Please change the primary group or remove the secondary group.
-

Now, there is a big yellow banner that says my account isn’t fully activated now.

Please help me fight out what is going on. I can’t find where to change my user groups

Your account is still waiting for email confirmation.

Go to your new email account, open the email from NAM and confirm by clicking onto the link and logging in.

 

Yep, did it literally 7x, same error

 

Just tried it again, I got the same error.

My account was active and all i did was change the email. Now its all messed up
