Just wondering how many of you daily drive or garage queen your MINIs. My dad and I both daily our MINIs and I have put 5,000 miles on her in half a year of ownership. He has put 185,000 miles on his in 14 years of ownership, or 13,200 miles per year. With the amount of low mileage MINIs I still see on AutoTrader and Craigslist, it seems like a lot of people just run their MINIs on sunny days or at the track. When do you drive yours?

 

Every single day. 65,000 miles in 3.5 years.

 

Daily driver, plus many roadtrips in the last 3 years of ownership. I've added 37,000 miles in that time and have enjoyed every single moment of it.

 

Total garage queen: 2009 MCS with 36k on the clock. Averages out to about 5k miles a year. But I still love to drive the car when I can.

 

About 12,000 miles per year.

At 122,000 miles on my MCS

 

I put about 9K/yr on my '09 Clubman. My new-to-me R53 I've been driving once or twice a week for about 30 miles a shot which works out to 1500 miles/yr or so.

 

Bought my F56 mid December. Just rolled over 5k

 

Every. Single. Day. Love it! I put in about 15k miles per year.

 

Daily driver. Put on about 3500 km for the past 8 months.

 

Daily driver, all weather, average about 28,000 per year.

First post shortly after I bought mini on 8/29/15 33k miles, about 67k mIles on it now
Work=1000m/wk and weekend runs to see my son once or twice a month =450m round trip

 

I drive them daily...have a '13 Cooper S, and '14 Paceman S All4. Each see about 20k a year. Most fun car to drive ever!

 

My mini is my main car. Commute to work is only 6 miles round trip and most driving i do is local. have 9600 miles on my car. had this mini for a year now.

 

Daily driver, two cars... apx 10K Kms each a year

No garage queens at my place... it's nice walking out in the morning and having to decide which of my ladies to take out

 

Queen. Spends most work days in the garage and driven on nice weekends.

2008 R52 9,500 on clock

 

Daily driven. About 10k a year I'm guessing. Had her 8 months now.

 

Daily. There are only a few days a year that I'm in town and not driving him.

Five K per year on the MINI, I have three other cars, a pickup truck and a motorcycle to drive, so individually, they don't get a lot of road time.

 

Just hit 150000 on my 2008. I commute 55 miles each way every day to work. 1000 miles per week. I love every minute of it in this car.

 

My 2013 Clubman is my daily driver and my "big" car. My weekenders are my Miatia and my motorcycle. When I get out of the Miata and get back in the Mini it feels like I'm driving a huge SUV.

 

Not quite a garage queen...maybe a princess. Got my 2005 R52S in april of last year and have put aprox. 8,000 miles on the car. The top is down more than up. . It now has 11,500 original miles.

 

It's my daily driver, but, I just retired in September, 2015, so I no longer have a reason to drive it every day. I don't miss the job, but I do kind of miss that!
