charge to create repair order
I just had some work done at the dealer's. Last item on the service order is a line called Customer Pay shop charge for repair order and an amount of$2.56. I had this happen to me before when I owned a Passat. That dealer charged $1500 to do the service order. I am wondering if any others have seen this on their service orders.
Whats does it looks like on the bill ? maybe something outside the shop like body work ?
