I'll be 38 next month. Old enough to know better but too old to care.

I'm an 8 year old stuck in a 28 year old's body. I don't think I started to get older inside until I was 18, but can't remember LOL.

 

45 and about to enjoy my first Mini which is about to board a ship. Wife is 34 and I'm about to get her a MC40 I've been dickering with my MA about. He's actually trying to get some $$ knocked off the price.

"Midlife Awakening" is what I call it. Not a crisis at all. You raise some pretty great kids... you develop a successful career... you get rid of the minivan... and have some fun for yourself, including a really fun car. (If you're lucky, you've also got a wonderful relationship with your spouce.) Oh yeah, I'm 47.

[Note to those 35 and under: 47 is a blast, and doesn't feel old at all!]

You beat me. 61 in less than a month. I still run over 40 miles per week. Total miles running since 1976--57,731!! More miles on me than just about any car I have owned. A quick "jog" down memory lane--some of my cars: 51 Dodge, 59 MGA, 65 Chevelle( bad boy), 67 VW, 70VW, 71 MG Midget (probably the worst car), 74 Chev Impala, 79 911 Porche(close 2nd worst car), 86 VW GTI, 91 5.0 Mustang(mods), 98 Z28 Camaro(mods), 2001 Corvette(mods). Awaiting my 05 MCS --(mods to come). EDD TODAY! Of course no word from the dealer.
