Thanks NAM and all

Traded in my 08 a few days ago. I really liked my car a lot but with 100k and little money out of pocket for repairs, I felt it was time to move on. Again thanks for all the info and the stories.

Can't blame you - these cars are DIY-ers special.

What did you get to replace your MCS?

Oh boy everyone will probably get a good laugh out of this. I bought a KIa Forte SX 5dr hatch. It's black has 18in wheels, 1.6 turbo, 6sp, leather heated and ventilated seats, sunroof. It also has rear led tail lights and front led's as well. The Mini is so unique that nothing really quite compares. Even after 7 years of ownership it never grew old. In many ways my new car has some of the characteristics of my Mini. But one thing most will agree on, the Mini handles and drives like no other.
