Aftermarket Radio

So installing an aftermarket radio myself (wanting). Wondering where I can get what I need, I can get the radio myself but I know there is a harness i need and something to keep the am/fm signal working. I don't really mind losing the steering wheel controls for radio. Anyone know where I can get the items I need? Is there anything I should worry about and or need as in extra?

I purchased an aftermarket radio from Crutchfield and they provided the adapter for the antenna and wiring.

Crutchfield has always served me right on my other vehicles, I got stumped THREE times on my f150 head unit replacement. Called the service desk, they asked for the order number and even though it was three different people they were able to look at the order and explain things to me clearly. EXCELLENT customer service, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
