I'm planning a trip to SoCal, specifically the San Diego area, and want to visit some MINI shops that sell parts in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations? Im coming from Arizona and I'm sure I will make it up around LA at some point. Are there any "MINI Meets" going on? I tried getting on the club websites in that area but it will not let me post anything.

 

Most are in LA but, I am not sure of any in SD.

SCMM Breakfast events for San Diego are the first Saturday of every month, at the Broken Yolk in Carmel Mountain, meet at 8 am, eat at 9 am.

SD Mini Club (more Classics in this club, but a smaller club overall) meets the first Sunday of every month, alternating between Escondido and Mission Valley.

Other regions of So Cal MINI Maniacs have different breakfast days.

PM me your trip dates and I might be able to give you more info. Not many events right now, as the big one (MTTS) is coming up.

 

As far as stores, well, we have two dealers here. Not sure what other kind of store you have in mind. There are certainly shops, and detailers, etc.
