Hi there I just wanted to share my experience with Cover King seat covers. I bought a set of the CE neoprene seat covers for my R56. The fit was pretty good, no real complaints. I travel a fair amount with my dog in the passenger seat. Well that seat started to separate at one of the seams and the material kind of started getting fuzzy. I thought is was odd that just the bottom of that seat was doing this, mine wasn't and I'm in the car a lot in comparison. Also I know plenty of people that have had Cover King or Wet Okole seat covers for years and never had any issues.Well I contacted Cover King to see if they would warranty the seat cover. Less then 48 hrs later I got an email from them telling me that they were sorry that this was happening and they sent a replacement request to production. I did send them pictures and my dog had actually damaged the seat cover in another spot. I did include photos of the damage from the dog and didn't try to hide it in any way. In their warranty it's clearly states this damage would void the warranty. I figured they'd prorate a replacement, nope just here's a new one and sorry that you're having a problem. That's great customer service.

I just wanted to share a good experience. Most only comment on bad experiences with companies.
