Engine bay cleaning

Hey guys. I think it is time to perform some engine bay cleaning for my Clubbie.

I looked up several posts but did not get enough info that i wanted...

I don't have any idea which electronic parts I should cover and what cleanser to use.(will simple kitchen green would work?)

Are there any detailed DIY posts out there?

...and if the urge to experiment with armor all boils to the surface, walk away and don't return 'till it's completely gone. If you have to ask why, ask yourself; why does the pit crew have to run out and scrub that crap off the driveway after the car leaves?
