Question About Official Weight

Did a quick search and couldn't find an answer for this:

Does anyone know exactly how the MINI is weighed before they publish their official weight? I believe they mention that it is unladen, which I believe they mean it is a dry weight, but I wasn't sure if the weight also includes the spare tire, and if the car is fully loaded or totally the base version (i.e., is the weight the fully optioned weight, with sunroof etc)?

Thanks

The specs usually say "with all options". So I think its a fully loaded (with options) car with a full tank, but no other occupants or cargo. They probably don't want anyone complaining that their car actually weighed more. I know mine way considerably less. The spare tire is part of the car, if equipped, so that'd be there too.

The gross vehicle weight includes the maximum occupants and cargo.
