Have an 05 MCS and I'm just wondering if anyone has converted from SC to Turbo. I just had this thought (literally right now while eatin Oreos and researching parts for another car). So I was looking at my options for more horsepower and I thought about how turbos seem to have more potential than superchargers.

So has anyone done it? Is this even plausible?

Cash for a standalone ecu...
And lots of fabrication experience....
Sure....its been done...
Just not very viable on a $$ per HP change....but it has been done...mostly to prove it can be done...

 

I'm pretty sure ALTA did this to one of their shop cars. you might get in touch with them and see if they can give you an idea of the money/work involved,
