K&N universal filter

I had $20 coming to me from Autozone, so I added another $20 for this Universal filter. I tested it tonight against the stock paper filter. I don't know if the paper filter is original or not. It is clearly dirty. The car has 43,000 miles on it, don't know the typical filter change interval. Butt dyno says definite improvement over a dirty paper drop in filter, especially as the rpms climb into the 4000 range. Tested at 8pm and 55 degrees outside air temp. Maybe a clean K&N drop in would feel the same, don't know. I get a little bit of the "growl" with this one.
