Way Motor Works?

Anyone know what is up wth Way? He and his crew are usually great about customer service, but their voicemail box is full, the voicemail message is gone and there doesn't seem to be responses from the message system off of their website.

Anyone have the inside scoop?

Certain times of the day they pickup. Other times they are busy. Try to time your calls if you want them to pick up. It's the same with most busy shops. Early in the day and late in the day are best times to call.

Canadians are awesome, it just sucks to ship across the border.

Oh I agree and understand the shipping hassles, can't knock them there.

The worst part is I ship to Buffalo. He wouldn't take the CDN credit card payment (why not PayPal then?). I have a USA credit card but then they won't answer the phone from known CDN area codes. It's really too bad, I want to work with them. I needed to spend $7,000 with them but they wouldn't take my money or give me the time of day. As I said, it's really too bad.

We've actually had one phone line with issues for a couple weeks so all calls have been forwarded to one line, but we've been answering it and returning voicemails left.
The 770.234.9965 number has been the best number to get a hold of us. We have someone answering the phone 10-6 Mon-Fri.
I've heard this complaint from 2 other people last week, but have been unable to find missed calls or VM from them either. So if you don't hear back within 24hr holler back at us.

At least the phone co. has already credited me $100 for my trouble, but that doesn't cover any lost sales.
