I have a 2013 mini cooper s countryman.
Can I get sport stirpes installed on the panoramic sunroof?

Not from the factory...no reason you couldn't do it aftermarket though.

 

Some guys have done it in the past. Goes right over the glass.

Just match sure they cut the stripes pretty close and leave gap for the seals and movement of the glass.

On a hatch but same idea.
