Asking on behalf of some friends that moved their 2006 Justa from the States to Switzerland...how do you change electronic readout to metric on a 2006 mini?

 

Most likely through the settings menu. Use the button on the end of the headlight stalk. Eventually, you'll come to settings like mi/km. Or it may be accessible through the radio.

The Owner's Manual should have the info. If they don't have a copy, they can make their way to the official MINI owner's Lounge (miniusa.com) and download a copy there.

 

06s didn't have that settings menu.

My 05 manual says its a dealer setting.
