installed new Sears Diehard AGM Battery and...

everything seems to be working fine except that I get a yellow check engine light comes on when I start it. I dont have all the other warning light issues anymore. Should I remove this warning with my OBD II Code reader? What should I do? I think the cars computer is adjusting to the new battery, a Sears Diehard Advanced Gold AGM, Group size 47. Any suggestions?
