POLL: Daily Driver or occasional use?
Well, it depends. I guess 2 or 3, but it depends on the season.
In the winter, she's pretty much only driven M-F, 5 miles to work, 5 miles home, and sits all weekend.
In the summer, she sees an increase in range and regular weekend use.

Daily Driver in Northern Virginia ... Clifton to Vienna Metro. I average 6,000 miles a year, including out of state trips. Wife drives a Jaguar XF.
When we get it back to road worthy...
A mix of:
DAILY DRIVER / I have other vehicles
And
Occasional Use / Driven at least 3x per week
Right now my daily driver is a Suburban, but I really only need that when the entire family rides together or to haul the horse trailer. Husband has his own car.
Day to day running around with just me and the kids... MINI!

#2. Daily Driver, but there is a second car in the household.
Wife's Honda CRV is mostly for her transportation, only. When we go anywhere together - downtown for dinner and drinks, 2 week car camping, or just about anything else - we always take the MINI.
I even prefer the MINI for most trips to Lowe's or the lumber yard except for those rare occasions when a particularly bulky item requires the CRV. The roof rack on the MINI will haul long boards that wont fit in the CRV.
