Positive Experience: MINI Sewell Parts
Positive Experience: MINI Sewell Parts
Hi,
Today I wanted to commemorate Brandon and the team at Sewell Parts. Their prices are unbeatable and customer service is nothing short of spectacular. I ordered a JCW wheel, handbrake lever, and an alcantara boot. I noticed that the boot had one of its clips sheared clean off. I emailed Brandon about it and within few hours, I had a FedEx confirmation in my mailbox saying the new one is on its way.
They will really go out of their way to deliver your products, and the service is spectacular. I highly recommend Brandon and Sewell Parts to everyone! I will definitely base all my OEM needs from them in the future.

I've dealt with them on a number of occasions for MINI things, and have had nothing but positive experiences with Justin Halfmann. I have a friend from that area that bought a new car at Sewell and had nothing but good things to say about them and their reputation...
+1...
I recently contacted Sewell via their web page about functionality of a snap-in adapter for iPhone 4. Brandon quickly responded, and after I expressed some confusion, he took a couple from stock and actually tried them in a car. That's far more than my local dealer did (which was basically "we don't really know what works, and we don't stock the part, but you can order one and try it, then pay a restocking fee if it doesn't work").
(I have not purchased one yet, but I did purchase roof bars from Sewell and they shipped them pronto.)
