Hi Naylia,

yes, yoga definitely helps, thank you for bringing that up.
I am actually a movement teacher, including a certain type of yoga, and work with people with bad backs all the time. This is why I am so acutely aware of the poor design of the seats and the long term problems they would cause.
I don't believe in spending hours in a bad seat and then trying to remedy it with a class, so for now I'm looking for ways of improving the seat

I know this is an old thread, but....

Yay!!! Going to trying switching my headrests. Having to hold my head forward to keep it from rubbing on that head rest was giving me a stiff neck! The Sport seats are, otherwise, quite comfy

Allegedly, the seats in the F56 chassis due out next year are more like BMWs sport seats with the adjustable legs support and better bolstering. So far it's the only item on that car that I've heard about that I like, but it'll be enough to at least get me to test drive one.

yes, changing the headrests around backwards proved to be the easiest solution... Swapping with the back seat head rest also works....
For myself, I got a wedge to go on the seat cushion to even out the leg and pelvis angle, and added a back cushion with a lumbar support... There is still some room for improvement...
but it already improved my driving experience by 90%
