2009 Mini won't start!!! Help!!!

My 2009 Mini won't start, no lights, car doesn't recognize that key is in position. I bought a new battery had it put in still nothing. Started a few days ago but with a few tries it would eventually start. Now it won't do anything, it's basically dead. Please someone, help.

Try tightening the wires on the battery. I'm not sure if it's the same as with me but when my battery "died" over the course of an hour, it worked again when we jumped it, then died again in the driveway. Tightening the wires is all that I needed to fix it up.

With mine, I have absolutely no power. No lights, no sounds, no controls worked. Nothing. It wasn't even like I'd get the sputter and no turn over. I couldn't even get that.

I had a new battery put in it. You mean the wires that are connect to the battery itself right!?

Yep! Even though the battery was just put in, they might not have tightened them right. Like my battery was fine until I had it in for a tune up. They must have knocked the wires. Just take a wrench and make sure the bolts are on as tight as possible.
