I was wondering if there was a good CAD model library of parts for the Mini (namely, the R60 Countryman All 4 with NON-power fold side views.) I would like to make my own sideview mirror covers, but being able to make the holding clips will not be easy. If I had them modeled, I can print them out in ABS, and bond them onto the main side view shell.
Can anyone point me in the right place? Even if I have to use a webcam and software to 3D scan them into a model format, it might work.

Do they supply CAD models though? It looks like it's OEM part information only.

Nobody that I have seen has models in any format for these car parts. You would have to scan them and print them yourself to get a model of the images.
Just curious, what machine are you going to print them in?
I have a Fused Disposition Modeler (Dimension Elite) and a Multi-Jet Modeler (3D Systems Pro/Jet HD3000 plus).

One group has, I THINK a MakerBot system, and my local group has a kit version they still have not built. Our main prototype one uses a plastic and wax system, but all their parts seem to fall apart easily 
In all, NO idea what they have, but I know they can do ABS with a more or less ok resolution. The shell I will be making a mold and doing CF shells.

There are all kinds of technologies and materials for rapid prototyping of 3D parts. However, getting the files with which to make the parts is the trick. Unless someone has gone to the trouble of measuring/scanning and then creating the parts themselves in CAD, I'm very sure the only 3D parts that exist are at BMW/Mini and they sure as hell aren't going to let the public have those.
So, I'm 99.9995 sure that the only way you're gonna get 3D CAD models is to make them yourself or pay someone else to make them.
But, for the heck of it, you could check online with the various CAD user groups. I'd start with the Solidworks user groups as it's an extremely popular and widely used CAD program.
