How many of you guys have made an maintenance (oil change) on your sc
If so, what is the recommended millage to do it

And how many had to replace it because it break down ?
What was the cause ?

 

In my first R53 (05) the supercharger was running great at 74k - no maintenance performed. In my new one (06) same story - it only has 43k miles on it. My mechanic (Mini specialist) advised doing an oil change. I checked with one of the forum sponsors on here (whom I buy and he said don't bother. Once I get up near the 100k mile mark (in 5 or so years) I'll probably do it!!
