Searched all over to find an answer to this question, no joy, so here's it is:

Has anyone tried to upgrade their satellite service from the Sirius basic to Sirius XM? My wife is a Bob Edwards fan, and the free year of Sirius in her new CMS All4 doesn't include a bunch of stations.

Would like to know before I call Sirius and get trapped in their horrific customer support nightmare.
