As you can tell Lambo doors are so 2001. I like everything about that MINI except the doors. That ruins the whole car.

 

I would say perhaps as a show car, it has some small "shock" appeal but for a daily driver, yea, so 2001-ish. Been done to death.

Wow, just posted the picture because I thought it was different and interesting. I would never think of doing that to Miss Scarlet, but thought it would be nice to share.

There are companies that make Lamborghini door kits that are universal. So if you can find a shop to do the work, then yes.
