2005 mini cooper s

i have a 2005 mini cooper s with a navigation system can anyone tell me how to check the temperature gauge on this vehicle i could only see the outside temperature but not the cars there is no inside temperature gauge to look at

I have an 08 S w/o navi and I don't think I have an engine temperature (assuming thats what you are referring to) gauge.

If you are looking at for the air temp....
If you have auto climate control, you can set a temp you want it to matain....
but no real output showing the current air temp inside.....

There is no read out for engine temp. What I did was get a scan guage it will show you water temp and volts as well as less critical info like boost and air intake temp. It wil also read some codes. Just plug it into the obd2 port under the dash.

get yourself an ELM327 bluetooth adapter off of ebay/amazon and along with 'torque' for Android or iPhone you can get this information. Bought mine last year for 25 bucks and paid a few bucks for the pay version of torque. Worth every penny.

Agree, the Torque app is great been using it for over a year now with no issues
