Drive the car and enjoy every mile you put on them. I took mine to 17 states last year for a two week road trip. I put on 10K in two weeks. . From the east coast to the west coast to Tijuana Mexico.
I've never own a car that I truly loved as my Mini, as so much as having it on my left forearm

 

A friend's 03 R53 is just under 10,000 kms. Owned since new.

My 2004 R53 just passed 50,000 kms last night

A friend of mine has the oldest mini in North America, not sure about the mileage but at least it wins half of the honors. Its a 1959 mini.

 

I have 2 other cars. I would love to drive my MINI more just need to find more time in the day/week/month/year
