just pm me if you're interested. it's not the cheapest route, but i'll talk to you about themes and colors and can make it personalized for you.

Porthos seems very happy with his.

I went with a timeless design. Here we are looking down at her from our window in Solvang, CA, on a club run:

We had this done by an independent shop (not a factory vinyl) and we are very pleased with it. Though someone did ask the other day if we decorated her for the Olympics!

Not the best angle. I did matte black checks.

I went with Flat Black, with faint ghost flames. The flames are in my bonnet stripes as well.
Mike at Astetic Creations did them, but I think I heard he wasn't doing it any more. Too bad, cause he did a GREAT job!
Kind of hard to see in this pic.....

They're vinyl, it's a white top under there. The flames show up well under sunlight, but, like I said they are faint. Most people don't notice them unless I point them out. Same with the bonnet stripes. I think the orange and black stripes catch people's eyes, and they don't see it. The graphics aren't flashy, like some I've seen, sort of understated. That's the way I like it though!

On my 04 MCS I did a custom plaid to match my sons favorite blankey

We did matching bonnet & boot stripes also - you can see it all here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/bigcoyo...ith/171595058/

On my 11 Clubman we did a tiki that turned out pretty nice

It also has matching bonnet & side stripes - the pics are here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/bigcoyo...th/6953354343/

Hope this helps -- just remember - do something fun and creative! MINI's are supposed to be a blast to drive and spread smiles where ever they go

When in doubt - I say go wild, you can get away with a lot on a MINI -- people kinda expect it...

you can hear them as you drive past...."there goes one of THOSE cars...." LOL

My goal wasn't to get graphics but to block the heat off. Went conservative but w/in the car's color scheme. Now, the A/C cools so much faster after parking out in the sun on hotter days!
