It looks like a Red Bull MINI minus the red bull can. If it is, its based on a convertible with a firbreglass roof added.

I've seen a decommissioned Red Bull car driving around ABQ too. I'm not really sure why anyone would want one, since you lose all storage space, but whatever.

So would I but I've never seen one made from an "S" so I doubt I'll ever buy one.
