My MINI is approaching 10 years of motoring. Today, on the way to work, someone in the back seat of a Honda CRV was staring at my MINI and gave me a smile and a thumbs up.

I love this car!

 

I was driving into my neighborhood yesterday....coming up to the corner and the neighbor that was out walking her dog stopped and waited til I got there. She leaned into my passenger side window and said "What a fun, cute car!". (I can live with cute...they are small I just focus on the "fun"). Also recently had two different couples at the garden store and a woman at the local grocery tell me they really liked my car. Best of all....every time I see him or drive him, I am just happy. I am only 7 months into being an owner....hope I'm still loving it this much when I've got 10 years in. :-)

 

The other day my friends girlfriend said "cute car!" I responded by laughing and saying "IT'S NOT CUTE!" while it proceded to pop and burble loudly. I love this thing.

 

Wow! Congrats on almost 10 years of fun fun fun! How many miles do you have on it?

I get two different reactions to my car. Women say " it's so cute!". Guys say " that car is bad ***!" I've had more comments in 3 weeks than the whole 9 years of ownership of my 03 civic. Love this car!
