Should SA Address your Complaints on Record

I have my first service visit after buying a used JCW 2010. It just hit 15000 it said oil change is due and probably the cabin Filter change. The wholesaler who i bought the car from told my it has been serviced and its all good. That was a few weeks ago. Anyway Im taking it in because I figure no harm because the dealer will be able to say yes oil change was done and etc already. Maybe or they will just do it..

So I have heard a rattle at start up a couple times(most likely wont duplicate). Odds are I'm assuming the dealer will likely not address even if i put it in the comments section on the Service scheduler. Should my complaint move from the scheduler to the vehicle history which is kept in the ECU? Should i expect the SA to let me view the service history? I just have no faith. I always assume the worst. I just dont want that warranty to expire and have some thing go bad and say it was never addressed.

From what I have read, and come to understand, you can go to the dealership and request a service history for the car without a problem
