I have 2005 JCW that has a self dimming mirror. Well it went bad, the mirror developed an odd shaped spot and began to leak. I priced the mirror thru Mini and the internet. The best price found was $350.00. Then I found Scott Wheeler at WWW.Radarmirror.com . He said he had not done a Mini mirror before and that if I shipped it to him he could replace the bad mirror unit it. I received it today and it is perfect. All for the price of $99.00 + S&H. If your self dimming mirror goes bad give Scott a chance.
