Stuck Spark Plug

I have a 2003 Mini Copper S that I have had since new. I have tried to change the spark plugs at aboout 59000. I have one that is stuck. I did not want to force it too much. Any ideas how to get it loose?

Run the motor to the operating temperature. Shut her down, pull the ignition wire and shoot a short blast of "liquid wrench" in the plug hole. Let it sit over night. Blast the plug hole with compress air to remove any excess "liquid wrench" and loose particles. Put the wires back on and run the motor to operating temperature. Then try removing the plugs while the motor is hot. Good luck...oh I forgot... a little prayer would hurt.
