It seems nearly every time I go on this forum there is a time where pages simply wont load. Alot of the times when it happens it seems to happen on the 3rd page I click. Every time it happens I have to close close the page and reload the forum again.... only for it to happen again a little later.


Surely I cant be the only one. this forum is noticeably slower than other forums I'm on.

Pretty quick for me. Rarely have issues. I think its your computer or internet connection. LOL

All kidding aside it's pretty quick. I'm at work with a slower connection but at home with the high speed it's always been pretty fast.

 

Similar problems late afternoon EST. Seems to be back to normal now.

 

Every forum I'm on randomly has problems.

I was having slow loading problems with this site and Internet Explorer 8, I switched to Chrome as my browser and it loads fast now.

I'm on Chrome browser here and off and on I've had issues loading pages from NAM. I believe part of it is tied to your Internet connection.. or the pipeline between you and the site. The other could be site related issues such as slow loading of the database that provides the content.

For me, it's part FIOS. I think at other times NAM is experiencing it's own loading issues. Just my opinion. =)

 

I think its a mix of both. My router needs reconnecting every so often and is pretty old. But at the same time this is the only forum where this happens. It actually froze on me loading when I hit reply.
