I need help from a member in Amarillo Tx. My brother and his wife are looking for information on MINI's and really want to know how they feel on the inside and how easy they are to get into as my sister-in-law has had knee surgery. Can you contact him at at wdunlap24@gmail.com I have talked with them as I have two MINI's now an 08 Cooper "S" and an 05 Cooper "S" Cabrio and they just want to see why I have ranted and raved all these years about. Why don't they just go to a dealer and test drive one? Or even look on CL for a private party sales and go have a look.

 

The nearest dealer is over 4 hours away at best, and yes they are looking at CL for a possible opportunity. There is a Cabrio at a dealership about an hour and a half away which is an option however if a member was available the knowledge that would be available would normally blow away any information a dealership could offer. I know when I purchased each of the four MINI's that the salesman did not own a MINI and at some point they were lost and did not have the answer to my questions or requests.

If you haven't already, I suggest to plan a day trip to the Mini dealership with your brother, his wife and have them get in and out of the different models as well as test drive them.

IMHO, there's no words that can fully described the motoring experience and go from there...

Just my $0.02 of the matter....

 

According to Autotrader, Southwest Honda in Amarillo has a used R56 on their lot.

 

If it was only that easy, they moved it last week however they are willing to show other cars on the lot..
