Exhaust Tips...

I am looking for a bolt on replacement for the exhaust tips on my 2011 Clubman. I want to change the look a little. Any recommendations on a particular tip, slash cut, flared, etc, (I'm not a carbon fiber guy) or a place to search will be appreciated.
