And fast shipping is not even their best quality.
The best thing is the knowledge they have and quality of work.
Not to speak bad about any other vendor, but WMW has to be the best vendor I have ever worked with.

I wish my dealings with them were the same as yours.

I have given up on them as a source of products for my MINI.

AGREE AGREE AGREE!!!!!!!! I've spent a few bucks on Way as well.
The knowledge, service, and shipping is excellent.
Don't have to worry about whether your stuff's on the way or not.
Oh, and good prices and excellent quality of items as well.
If he's got what I'm looking for it goes to him.
TireRack is another good one. Ordered a spare wheel and tire Wed. and got it Thursday.

05Greenie,
Care to elaborate. I think most of us have been pleased, you obviously offer a different view.

I have dealt with Way a few times and had mostly good results also.

I had one hiccup when I ordered two magnetic plugs for my trans and two quarts of gear oil. After waiting about two weeks, I shot him an email and he apologized for not letting me know they didn't have the plugs. The order shipped shortly after that and he refunded the twenty dollars shipping without even asking.

I think he stepped up and was very honest about the situation. I will definitely be purchasing from him in the future.

Lucky to live about an hour away from WMW in Atlanta. Great service and a knowledgeable bunch to deal with.

I never use the back seat so just lowered 'em down and laid it flat on the passenger side. Was going to set it upright in the boot (it will fit) but opted to just lay it flat. You can actually strap it down in the boot with it standing upright. You can use the 2 u-clamps that your net attaches to.
These are 205/50/16 and the rims are 7" wide. Still have plenty of room in the back if needed.
WORKS FOR ME

The last 3 times I placed orders thru WMW, each isnstance 2 weeks passed with no communication regarding the status. Each time i placed a call and was told "everything's allset" well another week would pass and no communication. Only when I told them to cancel my order did I receive the items a few days later.
I don't know about you guys, but a severe lack of customer support is no way to run a buisness. So I now purchase my MINI items from other sites that have proven customer service and constant communications.

You must be the exception to the rule because I've always had good service from Way as well as many others. Sorry you didn't.
