Cooper Flags

Anyone else order any thing from Cooper Flags and had issues contacting them? I have sent two emails and got no response to my questions about my order. I called them and no one answered. I was going to leave a message but their mailbox is full so the call got discounted due to the full inbox. Really frustrating when ordering items and the seller does not respond to emails.

I don't know but I was literally getting ready to order a 50th anniversary badge from them. Keeps me posted as to what happens......

Does anyone know if they're still making sunroof decals? I ordered my first one from them and it's time to replace it. When I went to the website, there isn't an option for it any longer.

If they're not answering emails, it's pointless to ask them...

There is another complaint/s about them on NAM somewhere, can't seem to find it now but from what I read, they are terrible about timeliness and communications with the customers. They did say the orders all came and were correct. It can be frustrating not knowing where you stand.

It really bums me out because when I ordered from them before, I had constant contact with one of the designers. Now I can't order a decal or get an answer.

I did get the email stating that my order has shipped.

Anyone else have any success with Cooper Flags? I am in the market for a roof graphic, but I see they have now removed that from their inventory. Are they just closing up shop?

I just received a big batch of custom-order grill badges from them yesterday.

My experience has been similar to many of the previous reports: a good initial acknowledgement of the order, a satisfactory notification of shipping -- and total unresponsiveness to voice- and e-mails during the six weeks in between.

The finished product is very high quality and exceeds expectations, but you seem to be forced to operate on faith (if you're even willing to do so) given the demonstrated inability to communicate directly with them. They always seem to come through with flying colors in the end, but getting there can be quite disconcerting.

It's our new local club badge. I doubt you're interested in promoting Eastern Iowa MINIs out there in the Commonwealth.
